 GreetingsThe most universal gesture for a greeting is the handshake.
Our handshake really says a lot about who we are. The idea is to bring people in by shaking hands.
To shake hands properly, extend your right hand. The palm should be facing sideways with the thumb up and the fingers extended away from you. 
When entering a room you want to be the first to speak!

• Say "Please," "Thank You," "You're Welcome," " Excuse Me," and "I'm Sorry."

1. Please- changes a command into a request.

2. Thank You/You're Welcome- recognizes and shows appreciation for everyday courtesies.

3. Excuse Me- express your awareness that you have inconvenienced someone.

4. I'm sorry- is an act of courtesy and maturity.
